Independent customer experience specialist Investor in Customers awards JPC by Samsic and Samsic UK its highest possible rating, with year-on-year scores climbing across every principle of the assessment.

London, UK: September 2026 – JPC by Samsic, the premium commercial cleaning and facilities management partner to some of London’s most prestigious workspaces, has been reaccredited as A Company That Cares by Investor in Customers (IIC), achieving an overall score of 9.31 out of 10 and an Excellent rating across all four principles of the assessment.

The 2026 evaluation marks a significant step up from JPC by Samsic’s 2025 result, with the business improving across every measured principle: Understanding Customer Needs, Meeting Customer Needs, Delighting Customers, and Engendering Loyalty. Two of these, Meeting Customer Needs and Delighting Customers, moved up a full rating band, from Strong and Good respectively to Excellent.

Investor in Customers is a leading customer experience consultancy, working with organisations to assess and improve the relationships they build with their customers. Its assessments are grounded in the view that customers who are treated fairly stay longer, buy more and refer others and that businesses which put customer experience at the heart of what they do build a lasting competitive advantage.

IIC’s assessors highlighted JPC by Samsic’s concierge-led service model as a genuine point of differentiation, combining technical cleaning standards with hospitality, visibility and a clear understanding of the wider workplace experience. The report also pointed to the appointment of a dedicated Customer Experience Manager as evidence of the business’s growing structure and consistency around customer insight across its London portfolio.

Customer loyalty was singled out as a particular strength, with the assessment citing an NPS of 70% – 75% promoters, alongside 266 additional transactions delivered beyond contracted scope over the reporting period, spanning services from event support and deep cleaning to window cleaning and towel services. Long-standing client relationships, successful contract retenders and repeat instructions across customer portfolios were all cited as proof of trust built over time.

“Being recognised as A Company That Cares means a great deal to everyone at JPC by Samsic, because it reflects something we hold at the centre of how we work: our people’s genuine commitment to the customers and buildings we look after every day. This year’s result shows real progress, not just in what we deliver, but in how consistently and thoughtfully we deliver it. I’m proud of the whole team for the part they’ve played in that, and we’re already looking at how we build on it.”

John Conry Jnr, Managing Director, JPC by Samsic

The Excellent rating follows a period of sustained investment by JPC by Samsic in its customer experience infrastructure, including strengthened account-management structures, clearer escalation routes, and closer alignment between customer feedback and day-to-day service delivery across its portfolio of premium London buildings.

“What impressed us most about JPC by Samsic was the clear connection between its people, its culture and the experience delivered to customers. Care is not treated as a statement or aspiration – it is visible in how teams listen, respond and take ownership every day. The assessment provides strong independent evidence of the trust JPC by Samsic has built with its customers and its determination to keep raising the standard.”

Tony Barritt, Managing Director, Investor in Customers (IIC)

Building on Momentum

The assessment concluded that JPC by Samsic is “well positioned to continue building on this momentum” and recognised the company’s growing ability to demonstrate not only what it delivers, but the positive difference it makes to customers, employees and the workplaces it supports.

As the business continues to invest in innovation, customer insight and workplace experience, the recognition provides further evidence that JPC by Samsic’s people-first approach is delivering meaningful results for clients across London and beyond.

JPC by Samsic continues to strengthen its position as a trusted partner, committed to creating cleaner, safer and more engaging workplaces for its customers. The business has retained both its “A Company That Cares” Award and its IIC Gold Award, a particularly meaningful achievement, as the accreditation draws on the views of customers, staff and management alike, offering a rounded, independently validated picture of the customer experience JPC by Samsic delivers.
