London, UK: June 2026 – JPC by Samsic has appointed Mariana Timmermann Gonçalves as its first-ever Head of Sustainability, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued commitment to environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and sustainable growth.

In this newly created role, Mariana will lead the development and execution of JPC by Samsic & Samsic UK’s sustainability strategy, embedding ESG principles across operations, partnerships, and service delivery. She will work closely with leadership teams and clients to accelerate initiatives that reduce environmental impact, enhance social value, and support long-term business resilience.

A Proven Leader in Sustainability

Mariana brings a strong track record in sustainability leadership, with over 12 years of experience across facilities management and sustainability, and a proven ability to drive impactful change across complex, multistakeholder organisations. Her expertise spans social and environmental sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of measurable, scalable sustainability programmes.

In the last six years, Mariana specialised in sustainability consultancy, leading the development of service lines and the relationship with clients such as developers and asset managers — experience she now brings into her broader strategic leadership role, following her position as an Associate Director at Savills.
